How long does shipping take?

Orders are delivered within 1 -3 days. If you would like same-day delivery, you're welcome to send your own rider to one of our stores. No deliveries on Sundays.

Do your stores accept cash?

Unfortunately we do not accept cash, we only accept M-Pesa and card payments.

What should I do if there is a problem with my order?

We sincerely apologise if the product you received is different from what you ordered, or arrived damaged, please contact our TRM store to arrange for the item to be returned for a free replacement. TRM: 070 888 1302



Can I exchange a product I ordered online?

Yes you can, as long as it is unused and in its original packaging. Please contact our store to arrange an exchange - TRM: 070 888 1302



Do you offer payment on delivery?

We do not offer payment on delivery, all purchases must be paid for before we deliver your order.
